DescriptionLeading the procurement and category management across a range of food categories (including Bakery and Produce)Developing long term relationships with suppliers.Sourcing new food products and negotiations on contractsWorking closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, NPD, Marketing and Supply ChainHelping launch new and seasonal menu decisions.
