This role suits someone with strong problem-solving ability, confidence working independently and excellent customer-facing skills.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for investigating drainage systems, clearing below-ground blockages using high-pressure water jetting and producing detailed CCTV reports. You''ll also liaise directly with customers, explaining findings clearly and ensuring they receive a professional, positive service experience.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete drainage investigations and produce detailed CCTV reports to WRC defect grading standards.Use high-pressure water jetting equipment to clear below-ground blockages.Operate CAT/GENIE and sonar tracing equipment to locate and map drainage systems.Carry out repairs including patching and lining water mains.Conduct excavations and reinstatement of domestic surfaces (paving slabs, block paving, etc.).Deliver outstanding customer care and confidently explain recommended repairs.Apply strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience and RequirementsProven experience in drainage investigations and high-pressure water jetting.Strong understanding of CCTV surveying equipment and reporting standards.Ability to identify ..... full job details .....
