Operations Manager / Pharmacy Area Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an Operations Manager / Pharmacy Area Manager to join a rapidly growing independent pharmacy group with 11 pharmacies currently in operation and ambitious plans to expand to 20+ sites.

Role Details:

• Salary: Up to -40,000 per annum (40 hours per week)
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational performance across multiple pharmacy branches.
• Lead and develop pharmacy teams to ensure high standards of service.
• Oversee stock control and improve operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation and growth of NHS and private pharmacy services.
• Work closely with pharmacy managers to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
• Assist with the expansion and integration of new pharmacy sites.
