The Role Responsive electrical repairs and maintenance Fault finding and diagnostics Testing and inspection Electrical remedial works Working within occupied and void social housing properties Completing relevant certification and job documentation Providing a professional service when working in tenants'' homes Travelling across Nottingham and surrounding areas Requirements Applicants must have: Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Level 3 Electrical qualification Strong domestic fault-finding and repair experience Full UK Driving Licence Good communication and customer service skills Desirable 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent AM2 Previous EICR/testing experience What''s On Offer?
