This is a senior leadership role requiring an accomplished HR professional with extensive generalist HR experience, a strong background in employee relations, employment law and compliance, and proven experience operating at a senior level within a large organisation. You''ll be a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, leading on high-risk people matters, employment tribunals, compliance activity, and the delivery of effective People Operations services. Key Responsibilities Lead the People Operations and Compliance function, ensuring a high-quality and efficient HR service.
