Today, we support over 5,000 dental practices across the UK. We believe in a remote first approach to work and equip teams with perks and tools so they can thrive. We previously met in Dubai, Lisbon and London. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us! You should expect to play a key role in these projects, particularly in helping the Customer Success team facilitate a seamless bulk transfer and new tools / features.Aligning Plans with Tabeo’s multi-product strategy: we enable our customers to offer patient’s finance, card and monthly direct debit payments (Plans), but the user experience for these is still partially segregated.Optimising the product: you’ll need to work closely with our data and finance teams to understand how we might drive more users to the Plans product and increase conversion, while monitoring our risk levelsYou have extensive experience as a Product Manager within fintech, particularly if you have experience working with lending products and/or in a regulated environmentYou are technically literate, and are able to confidently discuss complex technical projects with engineersYou are data-literate, able to self serve data or work directly with analysts to get access to the data you needFull kit for home officeHealth insurance and life assurance (including dental and optical) for UK staff24 days holiday annually, plus a day off on your birthdayExtended parental leaveContributing pension scheme for UK staffWe are considering applicants for our London office or fully remote from anywhere GMT +/- 3.#
