Are you an experienced Electronics Test Technician with a passion for electronics, fault finding, and problem solving?

As part of their expanding production team, they are looking for a skilled Test Technician to support the testing, fault diagnosis, rework, and assembly of complex electro-mechanical products within a highly technical manufacturing environment.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Testing complex electro-mechanical and RF-based equipment to a high standard.
  
  
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out detailed repairs and rework.
  
  
• Performing soldering, wiring, crimping, assembly, and modification work.
  
  
• Working from engineering drawings, schematics, procedures, and technical documentation.
  
  
• Recording test results and raising defect reports where required.
  
  
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping maintain high quality standards.
  
  
• Creating and improving test procedures and supporting documentation.
  
  
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and manufacturing processes.
  
  

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment (minimum 2 years)
  
  
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  
  
• Experience testing and repairing electronic or electro-mechanical products
  
  
• Confident using test equipment and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
  
  
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  
  

Desirable Experience

• RF testing experience
  
  
• Radar or navigation systems knowledge
  
  
• Experience within a cellular or lean manufacturing environment
  
  
• Technical report writing experience-
