Salary: -16.15 - -16.85 per hour
Shifts: Mon-Thu 07:30-16:00, Fri 07:30-15:00
Contract: 4-Month FTC (with potential extension for the successful candidate)

We''re seeking a skilled CNC Miller - Setter / Operator to join a growing aerospace machining business in Stroud. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong CNC milling experience who is looking for a stable day-shift role with the possibility of contract extension.


About the Role

As a CNC Miller, you''ll play a key role in setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision aerospace components. You''ll be working with Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls, ensuring that all parts are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
The role is initially a 4-month fixed-term contract, but for the right candidate who proves themselves on the job, there is a strong chance of extension - potentially leading to longer-term opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

• Setting and operating CNC milling machines
• Working with Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls
• Ensuring components meet aerospace-level quality standards
• Maintaining an efficient, tidy, and safe work environment
• Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines

• Proven CNC milling experience - setting and operating
• Knowledge of Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Flexible, reliable, and committed to meeting production schedules
