This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to play a key role in driving quality performance, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment. As a Quality Engineer, you will work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure products and processes consistently meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. You will lead investigations into quality issues, implement corrective actions, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and improve product and process quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. Lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving techniques such as 8D. Manage customer complaints and non-conformance reports through to an effective resolution. Conduct internal process audits to ensure compliance with company standards and quality management systems. Support external audits from customers, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities. Analyse quality performance data and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
