Technical Support Manager Location: Leicester Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Department: Technical / Commercial About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced Technical Support Manager to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing business in Leicester. This is a varied and commercially focused technical role, responsible for supporting the development, launch and ongoing production of both new and existing product ranges. You will manage the full New Product Development and Existing Product Development process, ensuring products are launched on time, meet customer expectations and comply with all relevant technical, quality and regulatory requirements. The role will involve working closely with the Technical Director, Sales, Quality, Operations and wider group functions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full New Product Development and Existing Product Development process. Ensure projects and product launches are delivered within agreed customer timescales. Create, review and maintain accurate customer product specifications. Manage chemical, packaging and raw material specifications. Review and approve product artwork against technical and regulatory requirements. Coordinate product trials, pre-launch testing and packaging validation. Conduct competitor product analysis and communicate relevant findings to internal teams. Support the preparation of technical documentation for cosmetic products.
