The role will act as a key business partner to both the UK and France entities so a candidate who can speak fluent French is essential for this role.There will be responsible for managing 1 member of staff and this pivotal role will help drive the strategic financial decision-making and support commercial growth initiatives across the business. You will work closely with the commercial teams in the UK and France, providing financial insight, analysis, and guidance in order to optimise revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.The company offers excellent benefits which include:Competitive salary (Up to £65,000 dependent on experience)25 days holiday + bank holidaysEmployer pension contribution of 7.5%Good opportunities for career developmentHours of work are: 8.30am -5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30-4.30pm on FridaysResponsibilities

Leading commercial forecasting and the budgeting processSupporting effective pricing decisions and controlsCommercial performance reportingEnsure key variances (e.g., volume, price, mix, inflation) are clearly understood and provide value-added analysis to support performance improvementEnsuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics Championing data-driven decision-makingDeliver strategic financial guidance and insights to Commercial, Product Management, and RandD teams to support growth and optimise commercial performanceEnsure timely and accurate completion of core financial responsibilities, including period close, SOX compliance, statutory reporting, and year-end audit processesDriving continuous improvement in financial processes to support sustainable business growthQualifications
