Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Group Scrum Master to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a 12-month contract position initially until 31st March 2026, with the potential for further extensions.Umbrella Pay Rate: £49.20 per hour.Group Scrum Master Group Scrum Master Guiding and Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality; (Emphasize importance of communication). Helping Scrum Team focus on creating high-value product increments that meet the ''Definition of Done''. Helping removal of obstacles to Scrum Teams progress (Managing obstacle board reviews). Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive and kept within the timebox. Helping Stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work (from tools and processes usage perspective i.e. change management 1 pager population). Evolving new ways to bridge between business tools and processes and Agile WoW. Ensuring top-down and bottom-up sync between product groups and vehicle group for any activity. Governing effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.Managing group Product Backlog and ensuring clear and concise Product Backlog items which are linked to stories/features/capabilities.Facilitating Stakeholder collaboration where necessary.Preparation of vehicle team QBR memo in conjunction with SPM, Prog Chief and PGLs.
