This role is fundamental to the smooth running of the boarding houses and wider school community. The Matron is central to pupil welfare, daily routines, and pastoral support, ensuring the boarding environment remains safe, nurturing, and well-organised.This is a non-teaching role and is particularly well-suited to individuals with a background in pastoral care, residential environments, childcare, nursing support, or wellbeing roles.Please note:Matrons work shifts across mornings, daytime, and evenings, including weekends on a rota, but with fewer weekend duties than Deputy House Staff, as the core business of this role
