We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking School Cleaners to join our team supporting schools across the London Borough of Hackney (LBH).

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and can work independently as well as part of a team.

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and communal areas
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies
• Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Reporting maintenance issues or concerns to the Site Manager

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Good attention to detail
• Flexible availability for last minute work
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
• Understanding of health and safety procedures
• Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Right to Work in the UK documentation
