Salary: Up to -44,000 + Van & Fuel Card (Personal Use)

We are seeking a Skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to multiple commercial sites.


Key Responsibilities:

• PPM''s.
• Reactives.
• Remedials.
• AHU''s/FCU''s.
• HVAC.
• Complete mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure projects and improvements are implemented.
• Manage planned and unplanned electrical work.
• Maintain documented evidence for all departments in preparation for audits and legislative purpose.
• Ensure high standards of Health and Safety at all times.
• Ensure all work carried out to standard required by client.

Package & Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary of up to -44,000
• Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
• Van & Fuel Card Provided (Option for personal use)
• Travel by Mileage - Equates to around -10,000 yearly on top of salary

Requirements:

• Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical technical qualification or has proven time served experience.
• MUST HAVE 17th or 18th edition
• 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
