Primary Supply Teacher – Worcestershire

Paragon Education is recruiting reliable and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of schools throughout Worcestershire, including Worcester, Kidderminster, Redditch, Bromsgrove and Evesham.

This role is ideal for qualified teachers seeking flexibility while maintaining regular classroom experience. You will have the opportunity to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, supporting schools with both planned and short-notice cover.

Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary curriculum
Adapt teaching to suit different classroom environments and pupil needs
Maintain strong classroom behaviour and clear routines
Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absence
Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures at all times

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Flexible, reliable and professional approach
Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments
