We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable automotive dealership in Bishop''s Stortford. • Competitive basic salary between -32,000 and -45,000 per annum
• Uncapped bonus scheme based on efficiency, with average monthly earnings from -500 to -2,000
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a 30-minute lunch break

Duties of the Vehicle Technician include:

• Servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Conducting diagnostics and fault finding efficiently
• Carrying out routine inspections and maintenance work
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to high quality standards
• Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
• Collaborating effectively with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements for the Vehicle Technician role:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Technician
• Full automotive technician qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
• Valid UK driving licence
