We are delighted to be partnering with one of Cambridge''s most prestigious and innovative organisations as they look to appoint an HR Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract.This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced People Team, supporting a wide range of HR operations activities while gaining valuable exposure across the employee lifecycle. The role is covering an internal secondment and would suit a highly organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a varied and people-focused environment.Working within the People Team and reporting into the Senior HR Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR administration processes, with a particular focus on onboarding and offboarding employees, contractors, apprentices, interns and early careers hires.You will also support the wider HR function with reporting, compliance administration, employee engagement initiatives and a variety of ad hoc projects.This is a full-time hybrid role, with a requirement to be on-site in Cambridge at least 3 days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle AdministrationCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for interns, apprentices, contractors and temporary workersManage background checks, references and Right to Work documentationDraft employment contracts, offer letters and employment change documentationSupport contractor and temporary worker renewal processesAdminister apprenticeship paperwork and e
