Role: Adoption Software Engineer - Authorisation
Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days per week)
Contract Length: 6 Months

We are looking for a highly skilled Adoption Software Engineer to join a leading global financial institution in London. You''ll be responsible for championing cutting-edge authorisation frameworks, building robust full-stack solutions for high-throughput systems, and guiding development teams in containerizing their applications. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting systems across a hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure.

• Java: Proven hands-on experience building and supporting high-scale applications (e.g., FX trading systems).

• Authentication Systems: Direct experience with Ping Identity, with a preference for ForgeRock.

• Policy-as-Code: In-depth knowledge of frameworks like Styra OPA, OPAL, or Permit I.O.

• Cloud & Containers: Expertise in cloud environments (AWS preferred) and practical experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes.

• Full-Stack: Ability to work across all layers of an application stack.

• Stakeholder Management: Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing interests on large-scale programs.
