Responsibilities: Lead and execute audits with a focus on investment management, operations, and regulatory compliance. Analyze complex business processes and controls, identify risks, and recommend practical improvements. Use data analytics to support audit execution and uncover actionable insights. Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with audit leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance audit planning and risk coverage. Drive department-wide initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Requirements : Bachelor''s degree in accounting, finance, or related business field preferred Have at least 2 years of experience in house, leading own audits from start to finish- all aspects of it. Come from large companies like Banking, Asset Management or Financial Services. CFA, MBA, CPA and/or other relevant investment certifications preferable Strong understanding of internal controls, risk, governance, workflows and business processes Ability to identify solutions that effectively address business and control needs Analytical
