This involves managing both large-scale collective and individual consultations.As the project lead, you''ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure all people-related activity is handled compliantly, sensitively, and efficiently.Profile Previous experience supporting major organisational change or transformation programmesStrong knowledge of collective and individual consultation processesConfident leading employee relations activity during change (e.g. relocation''s, restructures)Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environmentA proactive, organised, and collaborative approach Job OfferHybrid working: 1 day/week on-site in Birmingham City Centre, with travel to other sites as needed (travel expenses covered) 55,000 per annum5% matched pension (social housing schem
