Service Administrator - Buckinghamshire

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Service Administrator for our client-based in Buckinghamshire.

Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 (DOE)

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00

Initially the role will be to deal with pre-planned maintenance - scheduling and offering to our customers.

- Planning and scheduling pre-planned maintenance 6 months in advance
- Lead to being able to coordinate and schedule the deployment of the Service
- Engineers to customer sites across the UK
- Generate system-based quotations and invoices
- Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently

Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Confident with telephone communication
- Strong in customer service and relationship management
