Position: HR Business Partner Location: AbingdonWorking Pattern: Full-time or Part-time (PT - minimum one day) and this role can be alongside another occupation Contract Type: Contract - 1 month, with possibility for extension - flexible hoursSalary: Competitive OverviewWe require an individual to run a project to change working hours from standard days to shift work for around 40 employees. The role will involve managing the full consultation process, providing relevant templates, and overseeing the process end to end. Scope of WorkManage the change of working hours from standard days to shift workRun the full consultation process for approximately 40 employeesLead and facilitate consultation meetingsMeet with technical teams who are predominantly site-basedManage the full process through to completion The consultation process is expected to take approximately one month (or just over).
