Tasks As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be instrumental in providing direct care and support to young people within a residential setting. Your responsibilities will include: Providing direct care and support to young people in a residential setting.Offering guidance and mentorship to junior support staff.Assisting in the development and implementation of care plans.Ensuring a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for residents.Maintaining accurate records and documentation.Upholding high standards of safeguarding and child protection.Facilitating engaging activities and promoting personal development.Working collaboratively with the care team and external agencies.
