We are working with a well-established building services company looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical upgrade projects across a portfolio of live buildings throughout London. This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager who enjoys working in operational environments, managing projects from start to finish, and working closely with Facilities Management (FM) teams to deliver essential electrical improvements with minimal disruption to building operations. With a head office based in Kent and projects across London, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating electrical upgrades, managing contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The Role As Electrical Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing multiple electrical upgrade projects across live, occupied buildings. Working closely with FM teams to identify requirements, coordinate works, and minimise disruption to day-to-day operations. Planning and delivering electrical installations, upgrades, replacements, and refurbishment works. Managing subcontractors, site teams, suppliers, and specialist contractors.
