This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you''ll take ownership of the planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles, lead a team of four, and act as a key finance business partner to the Executive team. The Role You''ll be responsible for driving the FPandA function and ensuring the business has clear, accurate and commercially relevant financial insight to support decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing a team of four within the FPandA function. Owning the planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles from end to end. Taking ownership of the Planful forecasting system and supporting its continued development. Owning and developing Power BI reporting, ensuring stakeholders have clear and actionable commercial insight. Acting as a trusted business partner to the Executive team, providing analysis, challenge and insight.
