They support a range of well-known brands such as Greggs, Premier Foods (Mr Kipling), and Burtons Biscuits, delivering reliable, service-led packaging solutions.The RoleWe are recruiting an Account Manager to provide exceptional service and day-to-day support to a portfolio of established customer accounts. This role has become available due to a recent departure and forms part of their ongoing growth plans.The position is primarily office-based, with regular UK-wide customer visits to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. This is not a new business sales role the focus is on account servicing, coordination, and relationship management. Training will be provided to support light upselling of additional service lines where appropriate.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing customer accountsEnsure accounts are serviced effectively, professionally, and in line with agreed expectationsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular communication and customer visitsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order
