They are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join their team, to maintain a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for our employees, contractors, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Providing specialist SHEQ advice to colleagues / subcontractorsEnsuring contracts are compliant and that positive behaviours are embedded in the day to day works of our operational teamsCommunicate and promote a positive SHEQ ethos and cultureGuide and advice projects on the implementation of business management system, policies, and procedures.Conduct investigations for allocated projects, conducting robust root cause analysis, reporting back on findings.Lead and support the continuous improvement of SHEQ performance.Proactively monitor SHEQ reporting system for allocated projects regarding performance such as quality inspectionsSupport and advice to subcontractors and suppliers as required Participate in regular meetings, actively being involved with input, best bestice, innovation.Key Knowledge: Background in Construction industry or Social Housing/Property ServicesSocial housing/Local authority backgroundUK Driving Licence and CarCMIOSH or equivalent (or be working towards this)
