This role combines commercial, coaching and finance leadership responsibilities typically associated with Sales Controller and Business Manager positions. Working alongside the General Sales Manager, you''ll support the performance, profitability and day-to-day operation of the Sales Team, helping Sales Executives succeed whilst maintaining high standards of customer experience, finance compliance and operational effectiveness.
