Finance Business Partner Location: Wellington, SomersetReporting to: Head of FinanceThe OpportunityA growing UK environmental and infrastructure services business is seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join their team. This role will work closely with operational leadership teams to drive financial performance, improve profitability and support strategic decision making within a fast paced, multi-site environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted finance partner to operational teamsLead revenue recognition and WIP management at month-endDeliver monthly performance reporting, analysis and variance commentaryProvide data-led insight on operational KPIs (e.g. utilisation, maintenance, overtime)Own regular forecasting processes and support annual budgetingDrive working capital improvements and support cash managementEnsure strong financial controls and compliance with reporting deadlinesAbout YouQualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)Proven experience in a business partnering or commercial finance role OR a Management Accountant looking to step into a commercial finance roleStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilityConfident influencing and stakeholder management skillsProactive, adaptable and comfortable in a growth-focused environmentFull UK driving licenceHybrid working is supported, with some travel required between operational sites.
