This isn''t a "desk-only" role; it s a hands-on leadership position requiring a consistent presence on-site (4 5 days a week) to interface with a diverse range of stakeholders and ensure two critical contracts reach their conclusion seamlessly in 2028. The Role As the PFI Expiry Manager, you ll: Lead the commercial and contractual strategy for two major PFI contracts set to expire in March and December 2028. Act as the bridge between technical requirements and commercial arrangements, ensuring all handback obligations are met to the highest standard. Navigate a high-pressure, 24/7 site environment, working closely with the Business as Usual team to ensure zero disruption to service during the transition. Manage complex stakeholder relationships, engaging with a varied clientele that includes everyone from senior boards to on-site teams and young people. Provide robust contractual oversight, identifying potential risks and commercial opportunities as the projects move toward their final stages.
