We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join an established FM company working on a static contract in Westminster . This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for some christmas work. Mechanical Engineer Pay: £24-26ph CIS Location: Westminster (Static) Contract: Temporary over the christmas period Hours: Full-time Key Responsibilities of a Mechanical Engineer: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical building services Reactive maintenance and repair works Fault finding and diagnostic work across a range of mechanical systems General mechanical duties within a commercial environment Involvement with AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves, pipework, plant room equipment, and similar mechanical FM assets What We re Looking For: Proven mechanical engineering experience within commercial FM Knowledge of HVAC-related mechanical systems (AHUs/FCUs experience beneficial but not essential) Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability Good communication and reliability Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3, City and Guilds, or equivalent) How to Apply: If you''re a Mechanical Engineer looking for your next role, apply today through CV Library.
