About the Firm The firm is a full-service law practice with a long-established heritage dating back to the 19th century. It operates across multiple offices throughout the West Midlands and surrounding regions, delivering a wide range of legal services to individuals, families, and businesses.The Role The firm is seeking an attentive and motivated Residential Property Paralegal to join its Worcester-based conveyancing team. The successful candidate will have at least 6-12 months'' experience working within a busy residential conveyancing department and will support lawyers on a variety of property transactions from instruction through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting the team with the management of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity Supporting transactions involving registered and unregistered titles, leasehold and freehold properties Managing post-completion work, including Land Registry applications and registrations where required Taking responsibility for file management, including updating clients, third parties, case management systems, and online portals Drafting, issuing, and chasing contracts, as well as proof-reading system-generated documentation Maintaining and updating internal software systems and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards and internal procedures Providing accurate administrative and legal support throughout the conveyancing process RequirementsMinimum of 6-12
