Your Role:

Head of Commercial Design and DeliveryAs a Head of Commercial Design and Delivery at Global, you will:Be a strategic and inspiring Head of Commercial Design and Delivery who can lead the evolution of our B2B global brand and the creative operations that bring it to life across Global’s full suite of products and services. Sitting at the intersection of creativity, technology and commercial impact, this newly created role is responsible for embedding design thinking, operational excellence, and future-forward innovation across a team that plays a crucial role supporting our Audio (Radio, Podcasts, Partnerships), Outdoor and Commercial Marketing teams.As a senior leader within Commercial Marketing, you’ll drive the infrastructure, systems and processes that enable our in-house creative and development teams to deliver world-class campaigns — at speed, scale and impact. You’ll be driving conversations with key ‘customers’ of your team’s skillset to understand how the team can evolve its ways of working to support commercial ambitions, and equally ensure that the team’s service is being planned and costed for in the right way.Less focused on hands-on design execution, this role is about maximising team throughput, removing inefficiencies, championing creative excellence, and harnessing automation, AI and technology to unlock new ways of working.You’ll have the platform, support and ambition to drive meaningful change — from reimagining how we deliver creative to defining the future of B2B brand storytelling.

Strategic Leadership: Own and shape the creative delivery strategy for B2B commercial marketing, aligning creative output with commercial goals and brand ambitions.• Team Management: Lead a cross-functional team, including leading direct reports of a Studio Manager, Commercial Design Manager, Commercial Development Manager, Head of Commercial Photography and a Senior Developer for Enablement. Streamline workflows, implement scalable processes and optimise resource allocation to improve delivery throughput and creative impact.• Technology and Automation: Identify and embed tools, AI solutions and automation to eliminate low-value tasks, freeing teams to focus on strategic and creative work. Creative Enablement: Inspire the team and broader stakeholders with fresh thinking — from trend reports and creative collaborations, to creative off-site visits and partner showcases.• Creative Collaboration: Work with the Brand and Director in Brand Marketing to share best-practise and ensure work keeps pace with the creative style of Global’s consumer brands.• Commercial Acumen: Maintain a clear understanding of the business objectives, ensuring that all creative and delivery efforts serve wider commercial priorities and client needs.• B2B Brand Guardianship: Evolve and uphold the B2B global brand across touchpoints, championing consistent, distinctive and impactful creative expression. Establish new B2B brand identities for new products and services coming to market.Think Big:
