You ll lead a 5-bed children s home in Grantham, currently Outstanding and at full occupancy, with a stable and experienced team. The current RM is stepping into senior leadership, and the home is in an excellent position for a smooth transition. This is the provider s first step in a new regional structure backed by a strong track record of promoting from within. For the first 3 5 months, you ll focus on registration, culture-building, and understanding the therapeutic model. You ll then progress into a Junior Operations Manager role overseeing multiple homes.
