The role will provide high-quality legal and administrative support to fee earners advising private clients, families, developers and financial institutions on a range of high-value residential property matters.Key responsibilities:Proactive diary and workload managementPreparing, formatting and proofreading legal documentsManaging files, records and document systemsActing as a key point of contact for clients and fee earnersSupporting billing, AML checks and conflict searchesAssisting with business development and marketing activitiesEnsuring files and documentation are accurately maintainedUsing Microsoft Office and legal support systems effectivelyAbout you:Previous experience as a Legal PA or legal secretary within a law firm is essentialExperience within Residential Property advantageousStrong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ..... full job details .....
