Working closely with the class teacher, you will support Reception-age children individually and in small groups, including those with additional needs. Through practical activities, early reading and consistent routines, you will make learning accessible and help children feel included. This role suits a patient, proactive assistant with early years experience and a calm approach to behaviour support.
