Working closely with teams on-site and in the office, you''ll provide expert guidance, ensure compliance and lead initiatives that prioritise the wellbeing of their workforce.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.Develop, implement and review risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).Deliver engaging health and safety training and toolbox talks to staff and subcontractors.Investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses, producing detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.Support teams with practical solutions to health and safety challenges.Stay up to date with changes in legis
