Are you ready for a new challenge? We''re looking for two motivated, compassionate and skilled individuals to join our Bridgend team as Parenting Practitioners. These are exciting roles supporting parents, carers and families across Bridgend County Borough. You will work directly with families who may be experiencing day-to-day parenting challenges, helping them to build confidence, strengthen relationships and develop practical strategies that improve family wellbeing and outcomes. We recognise that every family is unique and work collaboratively with parents and carers to identify what is working well, understand challenges and develop solutions that meet their individual needs. Through evidence-based programmes, themed workshops, group activities, drop-in sessions, family events and one-to-one coaching-based support, we empower families to build on their strengths and create positive and sustainable change. What will the role involve? As a Parenting Practitioner, you will support the delivery of interventions offered through our Parenting Service by: Working directly with parents, carers and families to identify strengths, needs and challenges that may be impacting family wellbeing and relationships. Delivering evidence-based parenting programmes and targeted interventions that build confidence, strengthen parenting skills and support positive family outcomes.
