They are looking for someone to head up a number of new contracts and join the business in an exciting period of growth. Within this position you will be responsible for managing the delivery of planned maintenance and re-claddign schemes across London and Home Counties. Projects that are being delivered will incluce re-cladding of low rise tower blocks, kitchen and bathroom replacements, window and door renewals and FRA projects. The Role; Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring PandL, budgets and deadlines are met. You would also be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP and programming of works and budgeting. Implement strong HandS across all projects. Your direct team will include site management, supervisors, RLO''s and sub - contractors.
