Working primarily within our CNC milling section, you will play a key role in producing high-quality precision components for a variety of demanding engineering sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on machinist looking to grow with a forward-thinking manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC milling machines (experience with 3, 4, or 5-axis machinery is highly desirable) Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications. Perform rigorous quality checks using standard measuring equipment (verniers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure parts meet tight tolerances. Monitor tool wear and troubleshoot machining or process issues to minimize downtime. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in line with company health and safety standards. Key Requirements: Proven experience working as a CNC Miller, Setter, or Operator within a precision engineering environment. Strong familiarity with common controls (such as Fanuc and/or Haas).
