With a focus on compliance management, you will know what ''excellent'' looks like, utilising your knowledge to build audit processes and effective record management processes. Responsible for the effective management and motivation of a small team, you will have the opportunity to drive operational excellence across the school estate. Using your outstanding communication and people skills, you will have the ability to effectively manage the team to deliver high quality service.
