With recent expansion doubling both headcount and turnover, this new Production Manager role is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their leadership career. Supporting production across 2 3 local sites, you ll lead a team of around 30, drive process improvements, and ensure output, quality, and compliance targets are consistently met.
