This is an excellent opportunity for a confident leader with a strong background in social housing repairs and maintenance to oversee a team of surveyors while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused repair services.You will play a key role in managing day-to-day repairs, damp and mould cases, and disrepair claims, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, within budget, and in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
