The successful candidate will be a calm, authoritative presence who can establish clear boundaries while building trust and rapport with students.The RoleSupervise students within an alternative curriculum setting.Deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities across a range of subjects.Support pupils who may be disengaged from mainstream education.Manage challenging behaviour effectively and consistently.Encourage positive attitudes towards learning and personal development.Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support student progress and wellbeing.Maintain a safe, structured and purposeful learning environment.The Ideal CandidateHas previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.Demonstrates excellent behaviour management skills and confidence working with challenging students.Builds strong ..... full job details .....
