Job Description: Onsite AV Technician Location: London Salary: 35,000 per annum About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global audio-visual (AV) integration company, for an Onsite AV Technician to join their team based within a prestigious client organisation in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused AV professional to provide technical support for meeting rooms, video conferences, presentations and corporate events. You will ensure AV equipment and systems operate reliably, delivering a seamless experience for clients and users. Working closely with the wider AV team and senior technicians, you will help maintain high service standards, resolve technical issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of AV services. You will also have the opportunity to support and mentor junior technicians while developing your technical skills through ongoing training. Key Responsibilities AV Technical Support and Setup Set up, configure and dismantle AV and video conferencing equipment to meet client requirements. Provide technical support for in-person meetings, virtual conferences, webinars and corporate events. Operate AV systems during presentations, meetings and conferences, ensuring smooth delivery. Support video calls and webinars, coordinating with remote offices and external participants. Assist clients with the use of fixed and portable AV equipment.
