This is a great opportunity to join a growing multidisciplined consultancy who provide architectural and planning services to the residential, education, and industrial sectors. Due to a large influx of projects coming in they are on the lookout for an independent and proactive Architectural Technologist to join their Architecture team based in Wakefield.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications across RIBA stages
• Support technical delivery of projects across various sectors
• Review technical information with consultants and contractors
• Produce BIM models across all levels from inception through to completion
• Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications
• Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree or Diploma within architectural technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• CIAT membership is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations and standards
• Working knowledge of planning and building control
• Strong technical detailing and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and external consultants and contractors
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK Driver''s license
