Bookkeeper - Accountancy Practice Hucknall / Mansfield 15.00 per hour Full-time or Part-time - minimum 3 days per week Office basedWe are recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a friendly and established accountancy practice based in Mansfield.This is a flexible opportunity which could suit someone looking for either a full-time position or part-time hours from 3 days per week.Working as part of a supportive team, you will assist with the day-to-day bookkeeping requirements of a varied client base, with particular responsibility for VAT and CIS returns.The role will involve:General bookkeeping for a range of clientsPreparation and submission of VAT returnsPreparation and submission of CIS returnsMaintaining accurate financial recordsProcessing and reconciling financial informationUsing accounting software including Xero, Sage and QuickBooksWorking with Excel spreadsheetsLiaising with colleagues and clients to obtain information where requiredEnsuring records and returns are completed accurately and within deadlinesThe ideal candidate will have:Previous bookkeeping experience within an accountancy practiceExperience preparing VAT returnsKnowledge and ideally experience of CIS returnsExperience using Xero, Sage and /or QuickBooksGood working knowledge of ExcelExcellent attention to detail and accuracyGood organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlinesThis is a great opportunity to join a friendly, successful local accountancy practice offering flexible ..... full job details .....
