We''re seeking a Head of Grant Programme to join us, this opportunity can be based out of our Basingstoke, Wembley or Bristol offices.The RoleThis role will play a key part in driving development performance across the organisation, ensuring the delivery of annual targets, including Homes England Partnership, Greater London Authority (GLA) grant programmes, and Recycled Capital Grant Fund (RCGF) milestones.You will lead on performance monitoring and reporting, producing insightful trend analysis to identify areas of under-performance and emerging risks. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, you will support the development and implementation of targeted improvement plans to drive successful outcomes.The role will oversee Homes England and GLA grant-funded programmes throughout the development gateway process, ensuring compliance with governance requirements and the consistent application of robust processes.
