Job Title: Senior Civil / Structural Engineer ( Rail Infrastructure)Location: BasingstokeSalary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOEShift Type: Monday to Friday (Days - Onsite)Benefits: Pension scheme, private medical insurance, life insurance, company events, strong progression opportunitiesThe OpportunityThis is a hands-on, design-led Senior Engineer role with project leadership and client exposure.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and review civil and structural design in accordance with Eurocodes and relevant UK standardsLead projects across rail infrastructure including stations, platforms, bridges, drainage and associated civils worksWork across the full project lifecycle (GRIP stages / equivalent)Interface with multidisciplinary teams and attend key technical meetings (IDC/IDR)Produce high-quality technical reports, calculations and specificationsManage project programmes, budgets and commercial performanceMentor and support junior engineersSupport assurance processes including CRE / CEM responsibilities (where applicable)Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and health and safety standardsRequirementsProven experience in civil/structural design within a consultancy environmentStrong background in rail or infrastructure projects (highways also considered)Experience delivering design from first principlesWorking knowledge of Eurocodes, DMRB and/or Network Rail standardsProficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation (BIM experience desirable)Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projectsDe
